Ok. So this particolar plugin does definitely not cause the problem right? (It has nothing to do with media). Deactivating this one will not help

You should deactivate one by one to which plugins add this feature.
Both of these plugins don't affect the site features.

First I'd like to find out by myself, maybe it helps to deactivate them.
Could it be one of these 2 plugins:

Would it effect the website to deactivate them?

Ok, so when I deactivate some of the plugins the problem will be solved?
I thought this feature is default in WP (everyone has it right?)

Hi,
When I upload media I got a lot of image filters (see attachment). After clicking to another picture and then back they're gone.
Do you have any idea what it could be?
