Hi,
Do you install any template builder plugins? The current footer on your site was overwritten by one of the installed plugins, so all the settings you've config on the customizer can't apply.
Please check all the plugins settings then try again.

Hey Team,
We want to have a customized footer on our blog in replacement of the default footer. We have already disabled every related option on "Customizing" menue, but, we still have a "footer section" with the "footer-section" ID as you can see in the link below:

What can we do to NOT have to footer section and only have our customized footer?
