I've checked your site, the problem is that you've using the template builder from the Pro Elements plugins, so the header builder of the Soledad theme can't working properly.

Hi,
I am using the Soledad Child theme. See the attachment for screenshots. What I noticed is that the header editor preview is not showing (see the attached screenshot).

Hi,
Below are some of my recent problems. Please assist urgently.
- The header and footer are not showing on the website. When I am editing in the header builder, the preview does not show.
- An advert appears at the top of the page after loading, and then it disappears.
- The YouTube video is not working after entering the API and saving.
