Where do I need to copy & paste the file provided? What exactly do I need to do, I didn't understand.
Also, there is no file attached.

Hello,
The toggle button icon disappears when the table of contents is expanded but shows when the table of contents is closed.
This has started to happen after the update. Earlier it was working alright but after the update, the toggle button icon disappears when the table of contents is expanded.
Please fix this!
