1. You can change the logo size by going to dashboard → Header Builder → click "Edit with the Header Builder" on the current header layout then customize the logo size like the screenshot below:
2. About the WooCommerce cart, please go to dashboard → WooCommerce → Settings → Products: check the "Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives" option.
