Hi,
You can disable the sticky header by going to the dashboard → Header Builder: click "Edit with the Penci Header Builder" on the current header layout, and remove all the header elements on the Sticky Header area.

I've disabled the sticky header by editing it with the Penci Header Builder.
Please clear all the browser caches and check again.

Please go to Appearance → Customize → Logo & Header → Main Bar & Primary Menu: turn on the "Disable Sticky Main Bar When Scroll Down" option.
