The black area only supports showing copyright text.

3. when i add footer text it put it on the white area, can I put it on the black area?

Hi,

1. Please navigate to Appearance → Customize → Custom CSS, and then insert the following custom CSS code:

.featuredsl-customizer .owl-nav {
    display: none;
}

2. Go to Appearance → Customize → Footer: config the footer at this section.

Hi,

1. Please go to Appearance → Customize → Featured Slider → General: turn off the "Enable Next/Prev Button for Penci Slider & Slider Styles 35, 36, 37" option OR add the following CSS code to Appearance → Customize → Custom CSS:

.featuredsl-customizer .owl-nav {
    display: none;
}

2. If you want to insert the ad code in the areas you've listed, please install the Ad Inserter plugin and follow the document at this link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ad-inserter/

3. Go to Appearance → Customize → Vertical Navigation & Hamburger Menu → General → Custom Footer Text: modify the copyright text at this option.
