Hi,

1. By default, WooCommerce doesn't include the option that help you disable the Sale badge, but you can follow the document at this link: https://www.businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-remove-sale-badge-everywhere/

2. You can change the sale text by going to Appearance → Customize → WooCommerce Text Translation,
