Please go to Appearance → Customize → TopBar → General Settings → turn on the "Enable Top Bar" option.

Desculpe pelo trabalho e pelo inglês do Google.
Estou com o seguinte problema: criei o menu Topo para a posição Menu Superior. Verifiquei o "Menu Topbar", mas ele não carrega. Estou usando Food com 2 barras laterais.
