In this case, you can try modifying site settings via the theme option panel at the dashboard → Soledad → Speed Optimization.

The problem is that the AdvancedAds plugin isn't compatible with the PHP version on your server.
Please disable this plugin or downgrade the PHP version to 8.0 and then check again.

1. This doesn't affect the widget of your site,
2. Please try to open the customizer panel on the new private/incognito mode. I've checked your site, all the customizer panel working correctly.

Hi,
This is not an error of the Soledad theme. Maybe something is wrong with the WP-JSON or another plugin conflicts with the new UI of WordPress,
Please install the Classic Widget plugin for your site: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/. This plugin will revert the Widget setting to the old look.
