Hi,

Soledad theme doesn't modify any features related to the shipping country, you should check it again in all the plugins you've installed.

On the woocommerce site it sais that if there is a missing zone/country, it is most probably due to the theme... you don't have any idea how to solve this? Thank you in advance

Hi,

All the WooCommerce shipping settings were managed by the WooCommerce plugin, the Soledad theme can't modify it.

I think you didn't understand me correct - I know how to create zone, but there are missing countries in the Zone regions - I sent you also a screenshot in the ticket. In my case France, Croatia, Portugal, Slovakia are missing in the Regions and I cannot add them to my zone. How to solve that issue?
