Hi,
Please go to Appearance → Customize → Speed Optimization → Optimize CSS: make sure you've enabled the "Enable Critical CSS" option, clear all the site caches and then check again.

Hi, please read the whole ticket.
I experienced many issues with caching the website.
Now, it is like this (the settings are from the theme) - doesn't matter which page/post/whatever I open, it starts loading ONLY AFTER interacting with the page. How and where can I change this?!
