So, as you recommended I built a completely new page without Elementro Pro Page Builder and used the Product Tab element from Soledad. Scrolling to the Top Ajax is still not working when changing the Pages, although I do not use Elementor Pro Page Builder.
Then I took another element from Soledad - "Penci product" - Scrolling to the Top Ajax is again not working.
The option is of course Turned on in Customize.
