Unfortunately, I already am experiencing but this option IS NOT turned on?! How is this possible? Exactly this issue I'm describing in another ticket..

Hi,
When you enable this option, all the JS files on your site will be delayed until the user interacts (by moving the mouse, clicking, etc.). This means that all the sliders, videos, and other elements will only play when the user interacts. Enabling this option can help improve the PageSpeed Insights and Core Web Vitals.
