Hi,
I mentioned in the discount ticket that I added custom CSS code and did not modify any PHP code or site settings. You should check all the third-party plugins for WooCommerce and the system log for more information. Please remember that not all issues with your site are related to the Soledad theme.

Hi, Something is completely wrong on the website! The CPU gets over 90%+ and I get message for Data Bank error when I try to open the shop shop and products. Since the support did something for the checkout so that the discount works (SEE THE TICKET FOR THAT), the shop and products don't load at all ;( It is getting worst that better. What is the issue, What causes the overloading?!!
