You did change general border color via Customize > Colors General to white color.
That's why you can't see the borders - Let's change it to #ececec for example.

Lightbox has bee disabled, but the comment box border is still missing.
Would like to disable clickable header image for single posts.
also, comment block under author box and email in sidebar widget does not have border on single post.
