This is a small issue of the Font Size changer issue.

Hi,

When I enable TOC either via Customizer or by manually enabling in each post, the format/view that you see when editing/writing the post is messed up, with overlapping sections and boxes. However, when I disable TOC, it goes back to normal. I have attached the screenshots for reference.
