Hi,
our hosting company followed your advice and changed the setting
{WEBSPACEROOT}{/}{:}{TMP}{/}:/opt/cloudlinux-site-optimization-module/ to
{DOCROOT}{/}{:}{TMP}{/}:/opt/cloudlinux-site-optimization-module/, but with no effect. Changing down to PHP 8.0 had no effect either.
However, the developer noticed something else: the body of the homepage is set to max-width of 700px (see attched screen). By switching off that value in the Chrome developer view the page looks good again. Only problem is that the images are all gone. In the end this is not a server problem, but a CSS solution but why are the images gone. Can you please re-check from your side? We need this page running properly as soon as possible....

Thanks for this. I have forwarded this to our hosting company and hope they can resolve...

Hi,
I have two problems:
I wanted to add a new social icon for X because color should be black and the name Twitter removed. I used the "Add & Order of Social icons" menu in the WP backend under "Soledad". When clicking "Upload Icon" I was forwarded to a white page so I couldn't add the new icon.
When I switched back to my homepage the page sudenly reduced it's width drastically. This occurs only for the homepage, all other pages seem to be fine. I have no means to repair this, so maybe you can help me on both issues, however, the second issue is far mor important. I do have a backup, but that would kill a whole days work of changes that I made.
In the attachment you can see that more than 600px of margin have been added to the left and right of the body element.
