Hi,
Please go to Appearance → Customize → Social Media: edit the social media profile in this section.
In case you need to customize this area, please go to Appearance → Customize → Logo & Header → Vertical Mobile Navigation.

On my site, the mobile header menu retains the default text and social buttons from the demo site, and they do not appear to be possible to remove. Please see picture.
