Hi,
The "reply" text is translated by Wordpress. You need to use Wordpress for your language to do that.
Example:
If your language is "Slovak" - You need use wordpress for Slovak here and download it here
When you downloaded this and extract it and go to wp-content/themes/languages folder, you can see language files like here - You need to upload this files to the same folder on your hosting ( if your hosting doesn't exists folder languages inside wp-content/themes/ folder - let's create one )

may I ask, would it be possible to include the translation of the "Reply" (in the comment section) in the Quick Translation feature on the next update?
