The current version of Soledad only supports customizing the font size and color for the post layout elements. For the font family, please go to Appearance → Customize → General → Typography.
1. Please go to Appearance → Customize → Posts Layouts → Font Sizes: search and replace all the elements that you want to change the font size in this panel,
2. Navigate to Customize → Single Posts → Font Size → Font Size for Share Box: change the font size at this option.

the purple one i want to change color and the typografy of the text.
at the orange i want to change typografy and change from by to somthing else.
the pink i want to change the text and the color of the button.
and the last one the blue i want to change it like what i have on the all the post. like the second picture.
also if that possible to change the main title is better.

2. The little arrow only shows on the menu items that include the child/sub-menu. Please go to Appearance → Menus: select the "Primary Menu" and then edit the menu items on this page.
