Hi,
1/ Please add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS to make instagram title lowcase:
.footer-instagram h4.footer-instagram-title span{ text-transform: uppercase; }
2/ You can do that by go to Customize > Standard & Classic Layout Options > and check to "Hide Post Thumbnail"
3/ Unfortunately, currently this theme doesn't support display video preview like on your screenshot. We will consider to add more this feature in the future.
Note More: I see your site stop working with Javascript. I checked it and I see this issues caused by you did minified javascript from Autoptimize, let's un-minified javascript from Autoptimize to make it work. Seem you have a plugin to make autoptimize can't minify javascript.

can you say me how i can change the fat-variant of the Instagram Footer to "normal" because the uppercase style is not suited for me.
