Hi,
Please go to Appearance → Customize → General → Extra Options: turn off the "Hide "Penci Blocks" in the Admin Side Panel Menu" option.

Hello, I'd like to create a block which will be included to all my pages.
I'd like to do it by footer and I was checking the video:
But i cant find a icon to Penci Blocks in my dashboard.
What should I do, orthere is someting better way to include block to all my pages (articles). It will looks like it (created in Elementor)
