You can remove/display each social media as you want via Customize > General Options. ( make sure you're using latest version of Soledad - version 5.2 to get this feature. If not, let's update your site to latest version by do following this guide )

And currently, this theme doesn't supports for edit social media icons on the bottom of Posts and Pages - because it's social sharing - It's NOT your social media. It helps the readers can share your posts to their social media.
