I've checked your site, the problem is that one of your plugins has modified the media upload features.
To troubleshoot this, please disable all plugins (except for the ones that come with the Soledad theme) and then reactivate them one by one. This will help you identify which plugin is causing the issue.

Please go to Appearance → Customize → General → General Settings → turn off the "Limit User Access Media Library" option.
