Hi,
Yeah, you can do that by go to Appearance > Menus > create a new menu and check to "Footer Menu"
After that, go to Customize > Footer Options > and enable footer menu as you want.

Hi PenciDesign,
With the new European Law about Privacy Policy, Cookies and Legality in the websites, we must add in our website's footer a menu with all this linkable information. I'm trying to do it (to add a menu in Soledad), but I can't. Could you help me and explain me how can I do it?
