Hi,

Please go to dashboard → Settings → Discussion: uncheck the "Allow people to submit comments on new posts" option.

Can you point me how I will be able to disable comments on all posts? I think I had it but I received a comment in a post, which is spam.

I have already "Customizing ▸ Single Posts ▸ Comments Form" and "

"Hide Comments & Comment Form" enable.
