Hi,

The problem is that one of your installed plugins has modified the Elementor video output for the guest user, so it doesn't work correctly.

To troubleshoot this, please disable all plugins (except for the ones that come with the Soledad theme) and then reactivate them one by one. This will help you identify which plugin is causing the issue.

I have added videos on a page on my website, but these vVideos are not playing, I have mentioned URL which contains the videos.
