I want to use lnline Related Post you offer.

When i set "Before Post Content", I can see picture1 i attached.

And if i set "After Post Content", I can see picture2 i attached.

It has different form. I just want to use simply form.

I want to set position title under lnline Related Post form.

How can i set this?
