Hi,

All the issues related to the item settings you've configured with the Getpaid.

Please make sure you've entered the following number:

- Total posts the user can submit,

- The auto-renew time for the Post Subscribe package.

I've configured the demo package for your site. Please check it.

Hi Team,

Thanks for fixing issues but still one issue is pending. I have a question also regarding an issue which has been resolved.

Issues:

1) Subscription Issues: Once a user purchases any subscription plan then he is not able to see the subscription details still subscription page displays "You are not subscribed". Please find the screenshot for your kind reference.

Queries:

1) You have solved the issue of Paid Post Submission "Become an Author" button is now visible but Please let me know what setting you have done for this so I will not again bother you in future if I have reset or reconfigured the theme.

I've reconfigured your site by modifying the Getpaid package settings.

Please clear all the browser caches and check again.

Hi,

I've checked your site, and the issue appears to be that you haven't configured the Content Paywall settings, so it isn't working correctly.

Please go to Appearance → Customize → Content Paywall → General: customize all the options in this panel and then check again.

Hi,

I have enabled paid front-end post submission but it is not working. When I test with a user after login no button is visible to buy a post package and not able to see the "Become an Author" Button as per the video.

Please help me.
