Hi,

1. Please edit your homepage with the Elementor Page Builder, drag and drop the Penci Latest Posts into the area that you want to show then select the Pagination like the screenshot below:

2. Please go to Appearance → Customize → General → Category, Tag, Search, Archive Pages: turn on the "Enable Load More Button for Categories, Tags, Search, Archive Pages" option.
