Hi,

Please go to Appearance → Customize → Logo & Header → Colors → Primary Menu: change the menu colors under this heading.

Reference to attached image, I would like to change the color of the top menu bar. I think I changed all colors set for the theme but this one is not changing.

Its the hoover color of the top bar.
