Hi,

Please go to dashboard → Settings → Reading → Your homepage display: Configure the new page as the homepage at this option field.

Hi there,

Thanks for your prompt reply.

So I used a template to re-create the home page, tested it and I'm not getting a server error on that page now but how do I now designate this new page as the home page?

So I followed the instructions to create a new page and add a saved template to it and it worked. So now I need to save this new page as the home page. How do I use this new page as the home page?

I'm unable to make any updates to the website as I keep getting 'Server Error (500 error)'

Originally I thought it was due to a slow server but we've upgraded to VPS service with lots of resources but same issue.
