Please navigate to Appearance → Widgets: Expand the "Main Sidebar" area, then modify the content of the widget on this page.

How do I modify the sidebar in the post view? I have managed to modify the home page, but not the post and category view and I want to modify the headers (titles) and remove the "newsletter" and modify the "follow us"
Can you help me?
