The menu item does not affect the page title.
How do you want the page title to appear in the browser tab?

Hi,
Your homepage was created with the customizer, so please change the tab title by going to dashboard → Settings → General: modify the Site Title and Tagline options.

By mistake, when wanting to delete a menu item, I deleted the two menus that I had active. I have managed to create others, which did not look like the originals, but they work. The problem is that in the browser, for the main page (home), "Home" + the name of the site appears. How do I change that?
