So no issue if I install and activate the Soledad Theme on my main site: www.theviennablog.com AND on my staging site http://staging4.theviennablog.com/

Hi,
No, I mean you need to go to the ThemeForest account page, download the WordPress installation file of Soledad, and then update it on the staging site.

I need the Theme for both the main Website and the staging-website for about 10–14 days. On the Staging Website, I will update the Theme and make customizations. This might take a while.
Does that mean I need to install the Envato Market Wordpress Plugin on my Main Website and on the Staging Website?
