Hi,
I've checked your site. The issue is that most of your site categories don't contain any posts, so WPBakery can't suggest the category names.
This option field only shows the categories that already contain posts.

I have added categories in the dashboard, and while editing penci blocks to show those categories in any block, it's not appearing and continuing loading as i have shown in the attached image. Basically i am not able to call the backend categories in penci blocks.
