Hi,
Please go to Appearance → Customize → Posts Layouts → Other Layouts → Enable Click on Posts Thumbnail to Play Video: modify this option.

The issue is that the popup video content only supports videos from YouTube and Vimeo. We will check and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I've checked your site, the problem is that you've inserted the full HTML code into the post format option.
In this option field, you only need to enter the video URL: https://players.brightcove.net/6125588045001/eDkhnpC3V_default/index.html?videoId=6342305812112

When i click the video thumbnail, the page is loading in an iframe, which looks like a lightbox on top of the current page. like you're trying to load the video file/player onto the page, but instead you're loading the next page into that iframe. without going to that page.
