Hi,
I've checked your site, and the problem is with the Polylang plugin. It can't save some options for multiple languages.
I resolved it by modifying the wpml-config.xml file.

Could you send me a screenshot of this issue? I logged in and tried to change the menu height, and it worked correctly.
