Hi,

Please go to Appearance → Customize → Custom CSS then add the following custom CSS code:

.penci-image-holder {
  background-color: transparent;
  background-size: contain;
}

Please go to Appearance → Customize → General → Manage Image Sizes: turn on all the disable options in this panel.
