Hi,

The "Penci Popular Post" widget sorts posts based on views.

Unfortunately, the current version of Soledad doesn't support sorting posts based on total likes, but we plan to add this feature in a future update.

Regards,
PenciDesign.

Thank you very much for your professional support. It is now working correctly.

I have one more question: How does your "Penci Popular Post" widget work? Does it display the most liked posts? If not, how can I show the most liked posts?

Regards

Levon

Hi,

The post views have only started counting since I edited the single post template, so all the post counts are set to 1 starting from today.

Thank you for your reply. I have cleared all caches, but the most viewed posts section is now showing a post with only 1 view that was created on February 22, 2024

Levon

Hi,

I've modified the template file for your site.

The problem is that you created a custom post template without the post content element, so the post count doesn't work.

Please clear all browser caches and check again.

PenciDesign.

I have already cleared the cache, but the most viewed post is still not displaying correctly.

Hi,

In this case, please wait until the post view count is working properly. Then, clear all the site cache and check again.

Hi,

Please go to Appearance → Customize → Single Posts → General → turn on the "Enable ajax Post View Count" option, clear all the cache and then check again.

Hi,

I added the post widget and configured it to order posts by most viewed, but I think the most viewed parameter is not working. Can you please check this link?

You can check the top of the link widget on the right side of this link. Also, can I display the most liked posts? Where can I check the post views?

Thanks

Levon

Hi,

I've checked your site, and all the settings are correct. The Elementor plugin is working properly.

Hi,

1. About the Elementor issue, please send me your WordPress admin account in a PRIVATE reply. I'll log in and try to help you check this problem.

2. The post likes and views are stored in the following post meta keys:

penci_post_views_count
_post_like_count

Hello,

I purchased your theme and installed it on my website. After the installation, the Elementor theme builder stopped working. Additionally, where are the post likes and views stored? When I add the post widget and choose to show, for example, the most viewed posts, it doesn't work. Please help me resolve these issues.

Thanks

Levon
