Hi,

Please go to Appearance → Customize → Speed Optimization → Optimize CSS: turn off the "Enable Optimize CSS" and "Create Critical CSS?" options.

Navigate to Optimize JavaScript: turn off the "Delay Javascript Execution" option.

I want to disable lazy loading on css and js, which loaded after user action (mouse enter, scroll etc.)

I want to load css and js directly when page is loaded
