Hi,
In general, you need to install the Envato Market plugin, fill out the API token, and then check for the theme update again.

The theme says an upgrade is available and that I should be able to just press Upgrade but I don't see an option for that. I am on version

A new version of Soledad theme just released - Soledad Theme version 8.5.2
Please update the theme to get the latest version.

I don't see the following
a) If you're using Soledad theme version 5.2+ - You just need go to Appearance > Themes > and you can see notice for update there. Let's click "Update Now" button to update your theme to latest version."
