Hi,

I've fixed this issue by configuring the Header Builder → Mobile Sidebar → Mobile Sidebar Menu → Enable click on Parent Menu Item to open Child Menu Items: No.

Please clear all the browser caches and check again.

Just did it and also cleared the cache but nothing changed!

Hi,

Please go to Appearance → Customize → Logo & Header → Vertical Mobile Navigation: turn off the "Enable click on Parent Menu Item to open Child Menu Items" option.
