Yeah, we're contacting with them for this issue. But, that site provided the API, so we still need to wait they fixed it to get correct data results.

Ok Thanks. They have serial database´s issues reported and they allways answer that they are working on that. I thought you could do something to integrate it by the unique code an the end of he URL.. because city codes are repeated

Hi,
We've used the information from https://openweathermap.org/ returns. So, really we don't know how to find the exactly your adress there.
Maybe we need report this issues with https://openweathermap.org/ and wait them fixed that
We will report this issue with the weather site now.

I have everything updated, it seems like is not the problem. Actually what i need is if i could be able to set the city by the url or code, in this case it would be https://openweathermap.org/city/3838854 or just 3838854

IF I SEARCH TYPING I SEE IN RESULTS WHEN CLICk THE CITY IN RESULTS
Río Grande , AR Río Grande, AR Goes to Río Grande https://openweathermap.org/city/3838854
Río grande, AR Río Grande, AR Two results, none goes to the right city when click, it shows others
Note that in searching, the only thing i change is a blank character

Hi,
Ah, I understand it now. Have you updated the theme to latest version ( version 4.0 )?
We've fixed this issues in version 4.0.
If you didn't updated the theme, please go to Appearance > Themes > and click to "Update Now"
After updated the theme, go to Appearance > Install Plugins > and update all plugins you're using.
When you done, clearly the cache and check it again

The temperature is wrong, is showing the weather of El Aguilar, AR but shows the name Rio Grande. Is an error in the database, they already told me in support of https://openweathermap.desk.com
So my question is:
I´ve found the real Rio Grande city, you can see it in this link https://openweathermap.org/find?q=+El+Aguilar%2C+AR
Check the temperature. Is another!! BUT I CAN´T CALL IT FROM YOUR THEME because their name in results is the same, even being different way of searching.
You know what i mean?

I can't access to your site:
I got 403 Forbidden issues when access to your site.
Also, as I checked on our server, when I fill the localtion is "Rio Grande, AR" - I got it displayed fine like this

Hi! I´m trying to add my city from customizer and tyed too from widgets area, but i have a problem, because allways gets a wrong city.
I have two images to see the issue.
Note that the only city i can load is El Aguilar, that is the wrong one
