The problem is that you've uploaded the wrong theme file.
Please extract the downloaded file, upload the soledad.zip, and then check again.

I am trying to install the theme soledad ( latest version ), but when I upload the zip file, and error is displayed: "Missing style sheet, the ccs file".. this also happens if I download the previous version and upload the zip file.
Please advise, not sure what am I doing wrong ..?
