You don't need to delete the current theme installation.
Just re-download the "All files and documentation" file, extract it, and upload the WPBakery Page Builder from that folder.

Can İ delete theme and install second time by selecting the "All files and documentation" ? And also entering second time Item Purchase Code?

The WPBakery Page Builder is included in the downloaded package on ThemeForest.
Please make sure you've selected the "All files and documentation" file when downloading the Soledad and then check again.

does Soledad theme come with WPBakery Page Builder plugin ? I activated this theme, but in to install plugins list I see only Elementor page builder
