Based on the screenshot you sent, the WordPress admin is loading slowly because the back end needs to connect to many API URLs.

Hi I have been having issues with my wp admin being slow for the past 2 weeks. I use kinsta hosting and they have a performance tool to look for slow database queries etc. I have identified certain slow plugins but even after deactivating them, the WP admin is still slow.
I'd be typing in the block editor and the letters take forever to load and keep freezing. I tried attaching the screen recording to this ticket but it won't allow it.
I attached several screenshots from the kinsta performance tool results.
