I have tried from that and even from the ground up all new and it doesnot resolve the zoom/crop still.

Hi,

If the CSS solution doesn't meet your requirements, you'll need to re-upload all the featured images with a similar ratio, and then check again.

Hi,

Please go to Appearance → Customize → Custom CSS then add the following custom CSS code:

.thumbnail .penci-image-holder {
  background-size: 100% 100%;
}

How do I disable the zoom effect on the thumbnail/featured image? I have the correct aspect ratio but need the entire image viewable.
