1. I’ve reviewed the screenshot you sent, and the option named "Homepage" is already located in the customizer panel. Can you clarify what isn't working?
2. If you want to edit the sidebar content, go to Appearance → Widgets. Expand the "Main Sidebar" area, then edit or delete the widgets as needed.
